The On-Call Server role at Copper Shores Village is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and serving others in a community-focused environment. This flexible position involves working varied shifts, primarily from 4 PM to 7 PM on all days of the week, with some weekend shifts available from 7 AM to 2 PM. The role offers compensation ranging from $15.00 to $16.15 per hour, commensurate with prior serving experience. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that residents and guests receive attentive, courteous, and professional service in the dining environment. Beyond taking and delivering orders, you will be responsible for setting up dining areas, clearing tables, meeting specific dining needs, and ensuring all food safety standards are maintained.
