As a Server at Bass Pro Shops, you will be an integral part of the dining experience within the restaurant setting associated with the retail locations. This role involves delivering courteous and efficient service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. You will be responsible for managing an assigned station, facilitating seamless food and beverage service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. The position emphasizes a strong commitment to world-class guest service, requiring servers to be knowledgeable about menu offerings, adept at suggestive selling, and capable of monitoring guest needs throughout their meal.

The Server role requires completing mandatory training and adhering to established service standards. You will greet guests promptly and courteously, understand policies regarding the legal purchase and consumption of alcohol, and help prevent overindulgence. Your duties include taking accurate food and beverage orders, entering these into the ordering system, ensuring the timely delivery of orders, and managing payments with proper accountability procedures.

Additionally, this role involves daily cleaning activities, station setup and breakdown, and supporting indirectly tipped associates such as bussers, bartenders, and runners through tip declaration activities. Job Duties

Supports a strong commitment to world class guest service and ensures a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for restaurant patrons
Completes training requirements and follows service standards as trained
Greets guests promptly and courteously in assigned workstation
Understands and executes established procedures for verifying guest's ability to legally purchase and consume alcohol and knows how to prevent a guest from overindulging
Learns all menus and can communicate all food and beverage offerings
Effectively uses suggestive selling techniques
Records food and beverage orders, enters orders into computer system, monitors status of order preparation and safely transports order from kitchen to guest
Monitors and addresses guest needs during meal
Collects monies owed for food and beverages and properly performs all guest check accountability procedures
Performs tip declaration activities and compensates indirectly tipped associates, i.e. Bussers, Bartenders, Runners, as per established service procedures
Performs daily cleaning activities
Performs food running and station set-up / break-down responsibilities as assigned
All other duties as assigned
