Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or related field preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Ability to handle physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus but not required
- Strong food handling cooking and food safety knowledge to ensure high-quality service
- Experience in food service restaurant settings or the food industry demonstrates reliability and professionalism
- Proficiency in meal preparation catering and serving enhances your ability to support various dining needs
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques are highly desirable

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including washing dishes sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste properly
- Support the kitchen team in food handling and storage to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Serve customers with a friendly attitude taking orders accurately and delivering meals promptly
- Help with menu planning and ingredient inventory management to ensure freshness and availability of supplies
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper knife skills during meal preparation
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with kitchen staff and servers
