Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a server position within the restaurant business preferred
  • Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and standard drink recipes required
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length

Job Duties

  • Inspire legendary experiences between friends for our guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community
  • Inform guests of specials and or promotions, answering questions and making suggestions when asked
  • Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
  • Address guest concerns and inform manager
  • Promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
  • Support and assist team members
  • Set-up, maintain and operate dining and bar areas
  • Check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum 40 year age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department rules and procedures
  • Take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
  • Ensure the correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to the table guest
  • Collect payment and make correct change or process credit card transactions
  • Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Sweep, wet mop and or brush floors, as needed or directed by manager
  • Post wet floor sign to mopped floors
  • Buss tables and ensure marketing materials and menus are positioned appropriately
  • Ensure PCI credit card compliance
  • Unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
  • Other duties as assigned
