Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- present menu options and answer questions about food and beverages
- take accurate food and drink orders and submit them to the kitchen and bar
- deliver orders promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- handle payments and process transactions efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- promote ongoing specials and upsell menu items
