This collection comprises independent 4 and 5-star hotels, each uniquely curated for its quality, originality, and bold character. These hotels appeal to the modern traveler who seeks more than just a place to stay; they offer personalized, adventurous experiences tailored to individual tastes. As a Marriott International brand, the Autograph Collection embodies diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity employment, fostering a welcoming environment for all employees.

This position is for a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage team member at the Lido House Autograph Collection’s Lobby Lounge. The role involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service during their dining experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing knowledgeable recommendations, timely service of food and beverages, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and readiness of the service area.

As a Food and Beverage team member, you are the face of the hotel’s culinary service, playing a crucial role in creating memorable moments for guests. Your positive energy and dedication to exceptional service help drive repeat visits and uphold the hotel’s esteemed reputation. This role requires a professional appearance, physical stamina to manage standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, and the ability to handle up to 25 pounds when moving supplies. You will be trained and certified in safety procedures before starting, ensuring a secure work environment.

Joining Lido House Autograph Collection means becoming part of a global, diverse family that values your natural talents whether you’re new to hospitality or an experienced professional. The hotel supports its employees with various benefits, including learning and development opportunities, wellness programs, employee recognition programs, hotel discounts, and a collaborative team environment. Through this role, you will not only develop valuable skills but also connect with guests from around the world, enriching your professional and personal growth.

The position emphasizes an enthusiastic and extroverted personality, excellent conversational skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Previous experience as a server is advantageous but not mandatory. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and at least one year of relevant work experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employment is a core principle, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and non-discrimination.

By joining the Lido House Autograph Collection, you align yourself with Marriott International’s broader mission to support associates' well-being and career advancement. Whether you seek to grow within the food and beverage sector or explore other career pathways within the hospitality industry, the organization provides a supportive framework to help you reach your full potential.
