Job Requirements
- Applicants must have one year of server experience preferably in a full service, high volume restaurant
- Must be able to work part-time or full-time shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Availability for walk-in interviews Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year server experience in a full service, high volume restaurant
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
Job Duties
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Assist in hosting duties as needed
- Uphold health and safety regulations consistently
