Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Familiarity with POS and digital reservation systems
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

  • Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
  • Keep it clean
  • treat your tables like they’re in your own home
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
