Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a guest-facing service role
- Valid Food Handler's Card and OLCC Permit or ability to obtain
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Team-first mindset and willingness to support others
- Interest in continued learning around Japanese cuisine and beverages
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing service role
- Working knowledge of dining room service standards and procedures
- Possession of a valid Food Handler's Card and OLCC Permit or the ability to obtain them
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Interest in Japanese cuisine and beverages
Job Duties
- Providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service
- Guiding guests through the menu, including sushi, beverages, and specials
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure timely and consistent service
- Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
- Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
