Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a guest-facing service role
  • Valid Food Handler's Card and OLCC Permit or ability to obtain
  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Team-first mindset and willingness to support others
  • Interest in continued learning around Japanese cuisine and beverages

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing service role
  • Working knowledge of dining room service standards and procedures
  • Possession of a valid Food Handler's Card and OLCC Permit or the ability to obtain them
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Interest in Japanese cuisine and beverages

Job Duties

  • Providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service
  • Guiding guests through the menu, including sushi, beverages, and specials
  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure timely and consistent service
  • Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
  • Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicating effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
