We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Service Expert to join our team on a part-time, non-management basis with day and evening shifts preferred (06:00 AM-03:00 PM and 04:15 PM-10:30 PM). This role is vital in ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable dining experience, not just by serving food and drinks but by creating an atmosphere where every interaction adds value to the guest's visit. The Guest Service Expert plays a critical part in managing the flow of service, from setting tables and communicating effectively with kitchen staff to interacting warmly with guests and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the service areas.

This position requires individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding Marriott’s rigorous standards around safety, quality, and professionalism. Guest Service Experts must be prepared to be on their feet for extended periods, navigate various physical demands such as standing, sitting, walking on different surfaces, and handling items with some weight. The role demands teamwork, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to service to consistently deliver excellence in hospitality. Here, personal presentation and communication skills are as important as technical tasks, as they embody the brand's reputation and contribute to the unique guest experience.
