Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent general educational development (GED)
- at least 1 year of related work experience

- good conversational skills and team orientation
- no supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and attend to tables promptly
- serve food and beverages to guests and offer recommendations as needed
- share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- accurately and timely record transactions in the MICROS system
- approach guests to ensure satisfaction with every dish and beverage
- clean tables, complete closing duties, and replenish tableware and supplies
