This role is a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage position focused on providing impeccable guest service within one of the luxury dining environments at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles. The individual in this position is responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy an outstanding culinary experience by providing courteous and attentive service. As a Food and Beverage team member, you will be the face of the brand during guests' dining experiences, warmly welcoming guests, efficiently attending to their needs, and going above and beyond to make every meal memorable. The role requires a strong knowledge of the menu to offer informed recommendations and to respond to guest inquiries with confidence.

The vacancy involves operating the MICROS point-of-sale system accurately to process transactions and ensuring dining areas are maintained in an immaculate condition, including table setup and cleanliness. Employees must be physically capable of moving and lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds, and must maintain a professional appearance by wearing a clean uniform. Training and certification on safety protocols are mandatory before employment.
