Stars and Strikes is currently seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join their team as Servers. This role is vital in delivering a memorable and enjoyable dining experience to every guest. Servers are responsible for providing excellent customer service by promptly serving food and beverages, ensuring guests' needs are met, and facilitating a friendly and inviting environment. Within this role, a Server also handles the responsible service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and company policies. This position requires someone who is energetic, team-focused, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. Servers play a key part in engaging with guests, helping them navigate the menu choices, and delivering exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. The role demands attentiveness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently, particularly during weekends and holidays when the center is busiest. Job Requirements

Must be able to work weekends and holidays

basic math skills for processing payments

Job Qualifications

Welcoming and guest service driven
must meet the required age for your state
preferred 1-year serving experience
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail

Job Duties

Create a fun and memorable experience
know the menu inside and out
engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly
