Job Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
- Basic to moderate alcohol and beverage knowledge preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a small service environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 40-50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, and perform light food prep tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods in heat, sun, and changing weather
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work safely around hot equipment, wet surfaces, and kitchen tools
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Basic to moderate knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly using names whenever possible
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using Club Essential POS
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Perform basic food preparation and assemble simple menu items
- Stock and organize the Halfway House with food, beverages, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, and guest-facing areas
- Monitor inventory and notify management of restocking needs
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
- Assist with special events or additional service needs as assigned
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Attend pre-shift lineups when scheduled
- Report issues or member concerns to management
- Support overall team operations as needed
