Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- One year of serving experience, preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Enhance the overall dining experience for residents, family members and guests
- Assist in delivery of culinary activities in multiple dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations® memory care and Club Room
- Serve residents and guests during special events and private functions
- Provide service in a professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and timely manner
- Follow guidance of the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor and adhere to Community standards, processes, procedures, practices and philosophies
- Ensure high level of satisfaction for Residents and their guests
- Support team efforts to maintain smooth dining operations
