Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Strong communication and guest interaction skills
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
  • Serve menu items promptly and with exceptional presentation
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Maintain compliance with state alcohol and food safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with team members including Spanish-speaking staff
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
