Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve menu items promptly and with exceptional presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Maintain compliance with state alcohol and food safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members including Spanish-speaking staff
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
