Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome
- present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
