- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

- Must be able to learn food and beverage menus and sourcing details

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items including ingredients and preparation techniques
- Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the point-of-sale system
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Offer craft beverage recommendations and answer guest questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously
