Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- attention to detail and ability to work in a team
- basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Greet guests and welcome them with a smile when seated
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended by offering refills and clearing unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thanking customers and inviting them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
