Job Requirements
- Must be able to work full availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow proper service steps and etiquette
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Must meet age requirements for alcohol service
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of southern-style hospitality and etiquette
- Familiarity with food and beer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Certification in responsible alcohol service or willingness to obtain
- Cicerone certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests politely and promptly
- Present menu and make informed recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
