Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work full availability including nights and weekends
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Friendly and personable demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow proper service steps and etiquette
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must meet age requirements for alcohol service
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a server preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of southern-style hospitality and etiquette
  • Familiarity with food and beer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service or willingness to obtain
  • Cicerone certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests politely and promptly
  • Present menu and make informed recommendations
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Deliver food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
