Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of server experience in a dining environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer-oriented mindset
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • basic math proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a front-of-house server in a fast-paced restaurant
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage high-volume service

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the unique hot pot dining experience
  • provide knowledgeable recommendations on broths, ingredients, and beverage pairings
  • manage multiple tables with efficiency while maintaining attentive, personalized service
  • process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • handle payment transactions and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
  • collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure seamless operations
  • address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
