- minimum 2 years of server experience in a dining environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills

- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the unique hot pot dining experience
- provide knowledgeable recommendations on broths, ingredients, and beverage pairings
- manage multiple tables with efficiency while maintaining attentive, personalized service
- process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- handle payment transactions and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure seamless operations
- address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
