Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate Micros system
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player attitude
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and financial transactions
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and notify manager when necessary
- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Accurately take food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- Enter orders into Micros system correctly
- Ensure proper food garnishing and delivery
- Work efficiently with full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- Assist in party set up and breakdown
- Buss and reset tables as needed
- Assist other team members as needed
- Complete station side work and sales on Micros
- Participate in incentives and contests
- Follow portion guidelines for cost control
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back and pre-bussing
- Keep station clean and organized
- Maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- Communicate effectively with guests to promote the D&B experience
- Operate Micros and handle credit card transactions
- Read and communicate in English
- Follow proper dress code
- Must be at least 18 years of age
