The role of Server at Brush Creek Ranch is pivotal to the guest experience, situated within its luxury restaurant and dining venues. This position involves providing exceptional food and beverage service that aligns with the ranch's high standards of hospitality. Servers are responsible for promptly attending to guests, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, and demonstrating thorough knowledge of the menu and daily specials. The Server will utilize their interpersonal skills to engage with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall dining experience through suggestive selling techniques and personalized service. Duties also include managing cash handling procedures, accurately presenting guest checks, and performing side work and closing duties to support restaurant operations.
