- Outgoing personable demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in high-pressure fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- A valid driver’s license and ability to operate ranch vehicles
- Previous restaurant bar or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
- Set up complete side work and perform closing duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant removing debris before during and after shifts
- Be knowledgeable about the menu daily specials and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests
- Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal
- Present accurate guest checks free of errors in a timely manner
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers
- Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests
- Promote a safe friendly work environment and foster teamwork
