Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food service environment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting
- basic computer skills for operating POS systems
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
- suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly
- picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
- checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
- delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- following all food safety standards
