Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or food service environment preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting
  • basic computer skills for operating POS systems
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
  • suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly
  • picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
  • checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
  • delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
  • following all food safety standards
