Job Requirements
- Active Food Handler's Card is required
- Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, or VIP settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of formal service etiquette
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must adhere to professional interview dress code including all-black professional attire
- Must maintain grooming standards including securing long hair, no artificial or long nails, and removal of facial piercings
Job Qualifications
- Active Food Handler's Card
- Background in fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, or VIP environments preferred
- Strong understanding of formal service etiquette
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in high-expectation settings
Job Duties
- Deliver elevated, professional service at fine dining and VIP events
- Execute formal service techniques including plated and tray service
- Replenish buffet food to maintain high standards
- Keep serving areas spotless and perform bussing duties
- Provide positive, high-touch customer interactions and anticipate guest needs
- Collaborate with bartenders and captains to ensure flawless event execution
- Assist with event setup and breakdown to maintain an organized service environment
