Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
  • ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
