Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to effectively communicate with others
- ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks for entire shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfectant soap

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- make menu recommendations and answer customer questions
- anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift
- communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
- comply with health and safety protocols such as wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
