Job Requirements
- Active Food Handler's Card
- Background in fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, or VIP environments preferred
- Strong understanding of formal service etiquette
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Dependable
- Detail-oriented
- Able to perform under pressure in high-expectation settings
- Adherence to mandatory interview dress code including professional attire with all-black button-up shirt, vest, tie, full-length suit pants, black belt, black dress or non-slip shoes
- Long hair secured back
- No artificial or long nails
- Facial piercings removed

Job Duties
- Deliver elevated, professional service at fine dining and VIP events
- Execute formal service techniques including plated and tray service
- Replenish buffet food as needed to maintain high standards
- Keep serving areas spotless and handle bussing duties such as clearing trays, plates, and cutlery
- Provide positive, high-touch customer interactions and anticipate guest needs
- Serve food and collaborate with bartenders and captains to ensure flawless event execution
- Assist with event setup and breakdown to maintain an organized service environment
