This position offers competitive compensation with a base wage starting at $6 per hour plus tips, presenting an earning potential of up to $25 or more per hour on average. Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of restaurant serving experience
- High school diploma preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in customer service
- Basic math skills
- Food handler's permit if required
- Brand certification if required
- Ability to memorize menu items
- Keyboard and POS operation skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods in confined spaces
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer questions and offer suggestions regarding food, beverages, and services of the facility
- Accurately input orders into the POS system
- Prepare dishes for service, to include ladling soup, tossing salads, cutting portions of pie and desserts, and brewing coffee
- Observe guests to anticipate their needs and respond to any additional requests
- Clear all dishes away from table
- Balance and reconcile all assigned open and closed checks by totaling bills and accepting payments
- Clear and reset all counters or tables at the conclusion of each course
- Other duties as assigned
