Located in Napa, California, Hestan Napa offers guests an immersive journey into the world of fine cooking and sophisticated dining. The establishment prides itself on providing top-notch products alongside memorable service, creating an atmosphere that appeals to both passionate home chefs and discerning food lovers. As part of the Hestan brand family, the venue represents a pioneering concept by blending retail, dining, and educational experiences within a single, elegant location. Their role extends beyond traditional serving duties, encompassing an educational and sales component where engaging with guests to inform and recommend products is key. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems such as Toast and Shopify is essential, and candidates will be expected to smoothly process food, beverage, and retail transactions. Additionally, the Server will maintain rigorous standards of service, in line with the Hestan Napa Standards of Service Manual, ensuring every guest interaction is professional and memorable.

This position offers a competitive wage of $16.50 per hour, plus tips and commissions, reflecting the high value the company places on exceptional service and salesmanship. Successful candidates will be expected to work within scheduled shifts, attend ongoing training sessions including wine seminars and product workshops, and uphold all regulatory certifications such as the California Food Handlers Card and A.B.C. Responsible Beverage Service Certification. Hestan Napa is committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace, offering equal employment opportunities in accordance with federal laws.
