The Server role at The Ivy Thornton is vital in providing a superior dining experience for residents, their families, and visitors. This position requires a friendly, courteous individual who can perform a variety of duties in and around the dining area and kitchen to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the establishment's mission and values. The Server works closely with coworkers and other departments to encourage teamwork and elevate the overall dining experience.
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a strong desire to work with and care for the elderly population. Prior experience is preferred but not required, as on-the-job training is provided for the right candidate. The company values excellent customer service skills combined with a genuine passion for supporting the seniors’ community. The Server position offers a competitive pay range of $19 to $20 an hour and may include access to a broad array of employee benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, complimentary meals, bonus opportunities, company-paid life insurance, and various programs to support career development and personal growth.
Working at The Ivy Thornton means joining a team that prioritizes mutual respect, compassionate care, and a collaborative work environment. Employees are expected to uphold high standards of safety and health, including participation in health screenings and compliance with relevant guidelines, especially in the context of communicable diseases such as COVID-19.
