The Server role at The Ivy Thornton is vital in providing a superior dining experience for residents, their families, and visitors. This position requires a friendly, courteous individual who can perform a variety of duties in and around the dining area and kitchen to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the establishment's mission and values. Servers are entrusted with serving food in a professional and dignified manner, accurately taking orders via the point of sale system, and ensuring proper table setup and breakdown. They are also responsible for maintaining compliance with proper serving etiquette and contributing to a safe, secure environment for everyone present. The Server works closely with coworkers and other departments to encourage teamwork and elevate the overall dining experience.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a strong desire to work with and care for the elderly population. Prior experience is preferred but not required, as on-the-job training is provided for the right candidate.
