Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a server in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- Strong communication skills
- Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
