The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and skilled at working as part of a team to deliver an unparalleled dining experience tailored to the needs of senior residents. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and organized dining areas, setting tables according to meal times, assisting with bussing and sanitization, and ensuring adaptive dining equipment is available for residents who require it. Additionally, the Server will greet residents and guests warmly, take meal orders precisely, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to fulfill orders promptly. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to contribute positively to the senior living experience.
