This full-time Server position at Evergreen Restaurant Group offers an exciting opportunity to join either Outback Steakhouse or Carrabba's Italian Grill. Servers play a crucial role in crafting memorable first and last impressions for every guest, helping to create an inviting and enjoyable dining atmosphere. The role involves managing an assigned table section with efficiency and hospitality, using point of sale technology to process orders and payments accurately, and applying deep knowledge of the menu to offer insightful recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
Servers are ambassadors of the restaurant's hospitality standards and are expected to anticipate guests' needs, provide timely and accurate service, and foster a sense of warmth and welcome. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full time
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each guest following our hospitality standards
- Making memorable first and last impressions
- Proper use of all point of sale equipment
- Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
- Anticipating needs, processing guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner
