The Server position at Century Park Associates plays an integral role in delivering an exemplary dining experience, emphasizing hospitality and respect in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Century Park’s own standards. This role is available in full-time, part-time, and PRN capacities to accommodate diverse scheduling needs. Reporting directly to the Dining Services Director or Dining Room Supervisor, servers ensure that each meal service runs smoothly by attending to residents' dining needs with care, efficiency, and attentiveness.

As a Server, you will engage with residents and visitors warmly, assisting with food selection, serving meals with appropriate techniques, and maintaining an inviting dining environment. The responsibilities extend beyond meal serving to include setting up the dining room, attending pre-meal menu review meetings, assisting with cleaning and preparation tasks, and ensuring overall dining area cleanliness and safety. Lead servers have the additional responsibility of training and guiding new servers to uphold Century Park’s high standards.

This position demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to foster positive resident interactions, contributing significantly to the residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Associates in this role must be dependable, trustworthy, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Adherence to Century Park’s Code of Ethics and completion of required compliance and ServSafe training are mandatory, reflecting the community's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.
