Job Requirements

  • Must have sufficient mobility to stand and walk for 4 to 8 hours per shift
  • must be able to lift and carry supplies up to 30 lbs
  • must be able to raise a tray weighing up to 25 lbs to shoulder height
  • able to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grab
  • must be able to hear well in a loud environment
  • may need to meet health regulation requirements for food handling
  • must observe and differentiate monetary denominations
  • able to operate point of sale system
  • must work safely around potentially hazardous chemicals
  • must pass all required tests and training for the position

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, seat guests, take and deliver orders, suggestively sell menu items, receive payment, assist other service personnel, respond to and address guest concerns, exhibit company guiding principles, meet service cycle timing standards, accurately enter orders on point of sale system, prepare beverage orders, prepare certain appetizers, salads and desserts, check order completeness and presentation, deliver food and beverages timely, attend to guests throughout dining experience, demonstrate product and menu knowledge, use proper telephone etiquette, assist with to-go orders, pre-bus tables, clear and reset tables, address complaints and requests, notify supervisors of issues, demonstrate safe cash handling, assist others, maintain cleanliness and organization, complete side-work including deep cleaning, provide courteous service to guests and team members, adhere to brand standards and policies
