Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • at least one year of front-of-house restaurant experience preferred
  • passion for customer service and teamwork
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina to perform job duties
  • reliable transportation to commute to work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant front-of-house role is beneficial but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • take accurate food and beverage orders
  • deliver orders efficiently and with a friendly attitude
  • ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service
  • process payments and handle transactions professionally
