The role of Server at Iron Works is integral to delivering this exceptional dining experience. Servers interact directly with guests, taking and serving orders in a polished casual environment with an emphasis on hospitality and teamwork. This position is suited for individuals who are highly motivated, energetic, and have a genuine passion for guest satisfaction. Servers at Iron Works must thrive in a fast-paced setting, effectively multitask, and work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams.

This is a competitive position offering $3.89 per hour plus tips, along with a range of benefits including sick leave, comprehensive employee ownership programs, and various employee perks. The Server role involves presenting menus, answering guest questions about food and drink, inputting orders into the POS system, and ensuring that each dining experience is positive and memorable. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume, polished casual dining setting and hold Alcohol Safety Certification. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends (including Sundays), and some holidays is required. Job Requirements
