The role of Server at Iron Works is integral to delivering this exceptional dining experience. Servers interact directly with guests, taking and serving orders in a polished casual environment with an emphasis on hospitality and teamwork. Physical abilities such as standing for long periods and lifting 25 to 50 pounds are necessary to succeed in this role.
