This role is flexible, catering to both full-time and part-time applicants, and includes extensive training to ensure success. New hires will benefit from a comprehensive server training program as well as the opportunity for cross-training in catering, hosting, delivery driving, and bartending. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be considered for delivery, bartending, and serving roles. The position promises a dynamic work environment where dedicated servers can earn competitive compensation, largely based on tips which could result in hourly earnings exceeding $30. Candidates must be available for Saturday and Sunday dinner shifts, as these are mandatory. Employees can expect weekly payroll and cash tips distributed daily, alongside consistently full service sections to keep the shifts engaging.
