Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous restaurant experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
Practices positive public relations by ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
Anticipates and responds to guests' needs to make their experience enjoyable
Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
Collaborates with team members to provide outstanding guest service
Understands product specifications and ensures accuracy in billing
Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
Reports equipment and facility issues to the Manager
Adheres to proper table bussing procedures
Follows safe work practices to ensure personal and co-worker safety
Maintains cleanliness and meets service and quality standards
Complies with local health department laws
