Job Duties

  • Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • Practices positive public relations by ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
  • Anticipates and responds to guests' needs to make their experience enjoyable
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
  • Collaborates with team members to provide outstanding guest service
  • Understands product specifications and ensures accuracy in billing
  • Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
  • Reports equipment and facility issues to the Manager
  • Adheres to proper table bussing procedures
  • Follows safe work practices to ensure personal and co-worker safety
  • Maintains cleanliness and meets service and quality standards
  • Complies with local health department laws
