Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations by ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- Anticipates and responds to guests' needs to make their experience enjoyable
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- Collaborates with team members to provide outstanding guest service
- Understands product specifications and ensures accuracy in billing
- Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Reports equipment and facility issues to the Manager
- Adheres to proper table bussing procedures
- Follows safe work practices to ensure personal and co-worker safety
- Maintains cleanliness and meets service and quality standards
- Complies with local health department laws
