The main responsibility centers around "Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable," reflecting the company’s mission to provide excellent hospitality while maintaining affordability. Servers play a pivotal role in creating an inviting environment that encourages guest return visits by following professional service standards known as the Eight Steps of Service.

The role involves maintaining a neat and professional appearance, demonstrating enthusiasm for the restaurant's offerings, and promoting a supportive team atmosphere by assisting fellow servers. Servers work closely with management to maintain operational excellence by performing opening and closing duties, adhering to facility standards, and ensuring accurate billing that corresponds to the guests’ dining party size.   • Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
  • Reports equipment and facility issues to the Manager
  • Adheres to proper table bussing procedures
  • Follows safe work practices to ensure personal and co-worker safety
  • Maintains cleanliness and meets service and quality standards
  • Complies with local health department laws
