Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner
- present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely order preparation and delivery
- handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
