We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PM Server to join our team at Curio by Hilton. This position offers a consistent evening shift from 3pm to 11pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays with the possibility of additional AM shift hours for those interested in full-time opportunities, working from 5am to 2pm. Serving food and beverages to patrons at Peregrine and Gilded Feather\/Perch Rooftop, you will be the face of the visitor's dining experience, requiring excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

This server role involves more duties than just taking orders; it includes providing recommendations, ensuring orders are accurate and timely, maintaining the presentation of dishes, and abiding by legal regulations such as checking IDs for alcohol service.
