- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
- familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- strong multitasking and organizational skills preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
- answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods as well as make suggestions on upgrades to the meal
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
- check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requests or concerns
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- handle guest payments and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift
- adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
