The role of Server is a pivotal position within our team, fundamental to the successful operation of our dining room and the overall guest experience. As a Server, you will be directly responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to any special requests or concerns guests may have.   • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
  • familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
  • strong multitasking and organizational skills preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods as well as make suggestions on upgrades to the meal
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
  • check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requests or concerns
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • handle guest payments and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift
  • adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
