Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
basic math skills for handling transactions
experience working as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
strong multitasking and organizational skills preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays preferred

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods as well as make suggestions on upgrades to the meal
take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requests or concerns
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
handle guest payments and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions
maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift
adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
