Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must possess excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Basic math skills for handling cash and tips
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures

Job Duties

Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality
Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and encourages return visits
Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to their exact specifications
Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly and meet Ruth’s Chris standard of excellence
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the guest experience
Effectively communicate with guests and other team members
Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
