Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality
Provide friendly and attentive service that encourages guest satisfaction and return visits
Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives meals to their exact specifications
Serve all food and beverages promptly, garnished correctly, and meeting Ruth's Chris standards
Maintain a guest-first mindset prioritizing guest experience
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
