Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years to work at Cracker Barrel
Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods during shifts
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Legal authorization to work in the United States
No prior restaurant experience required as training is provided
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically capable of performing server duties

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
Ability to communicate effectively and positively with guests and team members
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
