The role of Culinary Server at The Craig is vital in delivering a high-quality dining experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests warmly and professionally, accurately taking and entering food and beverage orders into electronic systems, and serving meals promptly and courteously. The role also involves fulfilling room service orders and ensuring trays are collected once dining is complete, maintaining cleanliness and order by clearing tables, setting tables effectively, and stocking pantry supplies.

In addition to direct service duties, Culinary Servers are expected to contribute to the overall cleanliness and functionality of the culinary venues by completing side jobs and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
