Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for a full 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service roles advantageous
- ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English is a plus
- strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- knowledge of POS systems is beneficial
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- promptly collect and deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
