Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical capability to stand, walk and carry items for extended periods
- willingness to comply with health and safety protocols
- legal authorization to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and positive attitude
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- make recommendations based on guest preferences
- anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
- handle food and beverage orders accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- cooperate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
