Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to operate POS systems
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must have or be able to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness is a plus
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • must have or be able to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
  • follow safe food handling and allergen awareness protocols
  • operate point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
  • adhere to cash handling procedures
  • maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • possess and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
