Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ability to operate POS systems
- must be at least 18 years old
- must have or be able to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness is a plus
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- must have or be able to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- follow safe food handling and allergen awareness protocols
- operate point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
- adhere to cash handling procedures
- maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
