Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Delivers food and drinks using Applebee's team delivery system
Greet guests, answer questions, make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
Interact verbally with guests to create friendly atmosphere
Relay orders to service bar and kitchen using point-of-sale system
Observe and respond to guest requests
Present guest check and handle payments
Ability to wipe down tables and seats
Transports plates, glasses, and baskets frequently
Reading, writing, basic math, verbal communication skills required
Mobility required during entire shift
Ability to lift and transport glass racks up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 4 hours
Good sense of balance, ability to bend and kneel
Ability to lift and bus pans and trays frequently weighing 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as restaurant server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, runner, or other FOH part time restaurant job preferred
Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats
Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills
Mobility required during entire shift
Ability to transport plates, glasses, baskets, and glass racks up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

Delivers food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery system
Greet guests, answer questions, make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
Interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system
Observe guests and respond to any additional requests
Present guest check to each table and accept a form of payment, make correct change and/or complete proper charge card procedures
Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables
